The Next Faculty Academic Council Meeting Was Held
On May 21, 2025, the next meeting of the Academic Council was held at the Faculty of Biology of Baku State University. The meeting was attended by the faculty leadership, academic staff, and members of the Academic Council.
The agenda included several important issues. First, the council discussed the competition announced for a teaching position at the Department of Genetics, based on the announcement published in Xalq Qəzeti, issue No. 42 (30736) dated February 25, 2025.
Next, the scientific and pedagogical practice results of second-year master’s students were reviewed and approved. The outcomes of the industrial internships of fourth-year students majoring in Biology, Aquatic Bioresources, and Aquaculture were also evaluated and received positive assessments.
At the end of the meeting, Professors Farayat Akhmadova and Nagi Musayev were awarded Certificates of Honor and Letters of Appreciation on the occasion of their 75th jubilees.
